This Employment Law course will expand on the principles of employment law and the statutory frameworks which regulate employment relationships, specifically in the educational context.

The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence required to critically engage with the theory and practice of Irish Employment law in school or educational settings.
